Export Shadow Diagram to DXF
This option allows export of horizontal shadow diagrams to AutoCAD DXF files. These can be subsequently viewed in a CAD program. AutoCAD DXF (Drawing Exchange Format) is a CAD data file format developed by Autodesk for enabling data interoperability between AutoCAD and other programs.
The diagram shows horizontal length and direction of shadows cast for a point structure at hourly intervals.
To create a diagram, in the Position Dialog, specify Latitude, Longitude, Date and Height of Structure. You are then prompted for file name and location to save the created DXF file.
